VIRTUAL COURSE SUBMISSIONS - please note the differences between an online course and a webinar. Failure to submit your course properly will delay the approval or result in a course rejection. Additionally, you must provide your method you plan to verify attendance for your course in the Notes section of the application.

Online Course - a recorded course that will be available indefinitely and can be taken at any time

Webinar - a virtual course that is available at a scheduled specific time typically with a live speaker

Agenda Bio
The agenda must include the following for each topic or presentation:
  • Name of Presentations
  • For Each presentation the name and title of speaker
  • Start/Stop times or the amount of time for each topic
  • Description for each topic or presentation which must be accurate representation of what the speaker will be presenting
! The credits assigned are based on the information that is provided.

! Vague or incomplete topic descriptions make it hard to properly assign the appropriate credits.

! Failure to provide a detailed agenda may delay the processing and approval of the meeting or result in the rejection of the meeting for credit.

! Upload the Agenda in either PDF or Microsoft Word format. 		The Speaker Bios must include the following for each speaker:
  • Certification Number
  • Categories held and for what length of time
  • Education
  • Relevant Work Experience
! The presenter/trainer is required to have at least 3 years' experience as a certified applicator in the appropriate category or have documentation of other qualifications to serve as a speaker such as educational background or experience in the field

! Failure to enter speaker bios to document qualifications will result in the rejection of your meeting for credit.

! Upload the Speaker Bios in either PDF or Microsoft Word format.

Falsification by course sponsor responsible for this information provided, and/or the training conducted as pre-approved may result in the withdrawal of course approval, not only for the submitted course, but also for future courses, and the Department reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies.
